Afternoon All Just a quick heads up on that there thing we've been discussing on here for a few weeks. We're working with the software company that we use to run this app to roll out the membership fees as mentioned. I've just sent out an email to everyone that it affects. If you're a First Class member already, this does not affect you in any way. The basics of what's in the email are as follows: Free memberships will be moved to the new Basic membership level (I've not thought of a proper name yet). This will begin from the 1st of June 2024. The options for basic membership are: ✅ £1.99 a month (just under 7p a day) ✅ £15.99 a year (just under 5p a day) Now... as part of the roll out, we will be sending out a unique link with a discount coupon over the weekend if all goes to plan through which you'll be able to sign up for a full year at just £7.99 (that's roughly 2p a day!). What you'll get in return is the same access to the clubroom and everything you can access now. PLUS: A free PDF texture sheet every month in N, O & OO. These could be new ones or existing ones. Access to exclusive finishes of our most popular kits... Fancy a KX080-OO in Yellow London Brick or Yorkshire Stone? We can do that... and you'll be able to access these via exclusive links. We're bringing back the live builds too... might not be a Wednesday, but they're coming back... and they'll be streamed directly to the community. There's a bunch of other stuff too... Why are we doing this? Revenue generated from the memberships will go towards community improvements, creating content and resources for the community and making the whole thing a safer & more enjoyable platform for all. Some might not be in favour of it. I get that. But change & evolution is a natural thing. It's got to happen... We have to what we need to do for this incredible place to not only survive but thrive. So we hope you'll join us on this journey. There's nothing anyone needs to do immediately. Just keep on doing your thing. Prompts will appear when it's time to do anything.
