#postit #chartertrains #charter Better late than never! The most often charter train I have photographed is the Scarborough Spa Express, as I live along the route. I have picked my five favourite images. 1. The first charter train I photographed. Double heading class 37’s passing a pacer after a door issue preventing the class 142 from departing, so the 37’s were forced onto the fast line. 2. 5043 ‘Earl of Mount Edgecumbe 3. 60163 ‘Tornado’ 4. Class 33’s do get about! One spotted in Yorkshire 5. 60103 ‘Flying Scotsman’ and a class 37 during the ‘hosepipe ban’ so not producing much steam.
