After my slight faux pas with the depth of the board in it's box, this is the solution I've come up with. To secure the removable backscene, I'm using thin aluminium lengths that have been 'no-nails-ed' to the removable sections, and plastic section of the same thickness have been glued to the main board and the whole thing slots in as before. Plus now looks a lot smarter too #eastglassonportauthority
