As much as we love the excellent customer service from SMS, I feel it's worth mentioning the excellent response I got from Dapol today. I emailed a query about the lack of buffer beam infill on my model and got this response. What stood out for me was rather than just a generic 'do it yourself' response, the gentleman took the time to explain clearly how, which is helpful for me and could be more so for someone less experienced.
