I just posted about my faulty R3991SS Scotsman. TMC are about to get the chance to demonstrate their service again ! This new one has exactly the same faulty front boiler door as the last one ! I have spoken to TMC and it's going back again. It is possible that there is a bad batch in circulation so if you have one then I would suggest that you check.
