(Jane here) I have realised today that although my entry into this wonderful hobby was reluctant and only because I was starting to feel second fiddle to Dave's passion or that I was holding his passion back - I have gained so much from joining him! We work very differently but together - he does the running of the trains (no surprise there) and all the model making (again no surprise there lol) while I do the planning of the whole set-up along with the design of any graphics such as shop signs through to railway signs. I have learnt so much doing this about architure, railway infrastructure, industry, life in the 1940 - 1955's as well taking control and understanding PagePlus, DrawPlus and PhotoPad! So a huge 'Thank You' to Dave! Oh and that loft spaces get incredibly HOT in the seldom experienced hot summers in bonnie Scotland LOL!
