Some members may recall that I recently posted a rough idea for using a number of SMS modules to build the baseboards for my long overdue OO9 layout. I have given it more thought and recent tweaking and jiggling has produced a new scheme which is the same size but, I believe, much better. It depends, as did its predecessor on @justin.noble being able to supply a version of the BB003 without a backscene board - which in response to the earlier post he said should be feasible. If he’s able to provide confirmation of this along with a price I should be ready to start constructing the modules within the next month. In the attached picture modules are coloured to help identification, and the sizes are show to emphasise the orientation. The coloured margins are there to highlight the modules which will be permanently (perhaps semi permanently) joined to give four sections to the layout. The two end sections and the front section will be the scenic area and the rear section will be a fiddle yard.
