All sorted, so pleased, got this resolved and many thanks for the advise and tips from our community. Who would have thought that small pieces of card placed between the louvers and the heat over 24 hrs in my loft helped in correcting my issue with small pressure allowed louvers to `pop` back into place. It feels great when you can resolved a problem.
