Double HSTs on Saturday with the 125 Group/Bishops Trains excursion from Newcastle to Chester via Hazel Grove outward, and the return Chester to Newcastle via Northwich. The HST passed through Hazel Grove again after a jolly around Manchester via Piccadilly, Deansgate, Ordsall Chord, Victoria, Miles Platting, Ashton Moss, Denton and Stockport to regain the Hope Valley line back towards Sheffield.
