Massive thank you to everyone who suggested where I should stick my nameplates. 🤣🤣 Lots of great suggestions and reasoning but they can only go in one of the options. I like both suggestions, but although I don't plan on numbering the loco just yet, there is a chance a number will appear at some stage. Any number would be added below the BR Arrows, making the cab area a bit too cluttered if the nameplate was there also. I also want the loco itself to be named Phil, rather than just the former driver, so I'm leaning towards the side engine bay location, a location chosen by more members. I have digested all comments, especially the ones mentioning plate size being small, but there are plenty of short nameplates out there in the real world, 60074 Luke for example. So, to give me the option to add numbers later, I have chosen the engine bay sides. Thanks to everyone for getting involved, I hope I've made the right choice. 🤷‍♂️ #5inchgauge
