I'm just playing around with the wall for the goods shed I'm scratch building. I've compromised with the windows slightly to get something that will give me a standard size and shape throughout the layout. With the goods shed, locomotive shed and water tower there are around 15 that are the same size. In the picture the right hand window is about the right position but the brick arch reaches the brickwork above, to the left I've dropped the window down about 3-4mm which gives sone space above the arch. The 3rd alternative is to make the wall a bit taller, say the 3-4mm mentioned above. Any thoughts would be welcome please.
