Heljan class 07. I have recently purchased this Heljan shunter in the army olive green livery. I have had my eye one of these for some time, however, funds were required elsewhere. With a certain Model railway shop selling these at a significantly reduced price (@ £99.50) I succumbed and an order placed with RoS. There is a total of 8 versions available & a couple are pre-weathered all at the same reduced price. The model is exquisite with lights, sprung buffers and excellent cab detail. Although perhaps not 100% prototypically correct (having seen a similar loco in the flesh) this will be ideal for me as I plan to use this with my existing War Wells, War Flats as well as VEA & VDA vans. For anyone who is interested in this particular version, the green colour of the model is more olive green than perhaps the ‘library’ photo is showing. If you are interested in getting one of these loco’s act quickly as I don’t image these will be around for to long at this price.
