Well folk, not looking good for my proposed new scratch-build - Planning have refused my Application😢 They state that "you applied for permission to construct a similar build (car showroom and garage) a short time ago and again, as it will be situated in a rural area, the area cannot sustain another such build. We must therefore decline your Application" They included some photographs of the previous build! Admittedly I did build a similar garage in the past, but as this new application does not include a forecourt with petrol pumps and a canopy, maybe I should try an appeal - what do you think? May be worthwhile?😢😢
