SCRATCH-BUILD A GARAGE - It has been a while since I last posted an update on progress on my scratch-build of the garage. I have not had a lot of spare time in the past week but have managed to progress a little further. The LED’s have been fitted, both section of the roof fitted, some detail added to the frontage and three little "display stands” made for displaying tractors in the "showroom"! My idea would have been to fit a little "turntable” in the showroom in order for one of the tractors to rotate (fitting the turntable motor beneath the floor) but unfortunately all the "low rev" motors with a 90° rotating spindle were much too large for this purpose! The tractors will have to be securely fitted before permanently fitting the frontage to the building. There is also some "trim" still to be fitted to the front of the model. Still some way to go before completion, but progressing steadily!🙂
