A new arrival today from Accurascale, in the shape of the former Hattons Andrew Barclay releases. Disappointingly there's a couple of major QC issues, mainly the plastic packaging damaging the half cabs by pushing them in and bending them, and the motor wasn't seated properly meaning it didn't actually run! While these issues are not insurmountable, it's really disappointing QC from Accurascale.. However mine seems to have escaped some of the issues that I've seen reported of loose valve gear and glue marks. Overall I'm very glad these have seen the light of day again, mines getting a new cordless motor to help with low speed smoothness, and a stay alive and headlamp, and then it'll be joining the fleet.
