A Great day at the NEC today for the National Festival of Model Railways exhibition. Lots of things to see but in my opinion, also lots of empty space, I guess a good 3rd of the hall fenced off. Some amazing layouts and lots of trade stands, but many big names missing. Didn't see Dapol, Rails of Sheffield or Bachmann. Just seemed a bit, err not as national as it should have been. What was great though was catching up with @Wagons Mike having a coffee and enjoying one of his amazing Greek almond cakes. Always lovely to see you Mike. đ
