A rare daytime working of the Tunstead to Lostock loaded limestone hoppers yesterday hauled by 66103. The empties ran up to Tunstead on Saturday morning, but did not return down loaded in the late afternoon. They wouldn't run it on a Sunday, so it was a wait and see what they did Monday. Here is the train 6F05 roaring through the station at Plumley some 78 minutes late at 10.42 heading for Lostock works. The empties, 6H06 left Lostock 168 mins late according to Realtime Train so not sure what happened there. I just managed to see it passing through my home town Hazel Grove at 15.44 on the way back to Tunstead. Needless to say the next loaded train, what should have been 6F05 did not run nor did 6H06, the late night empties. So let's see if they run today, New Year's Eve or not. Cheers Paul
