Justin, LX056-OO and LX061-OO 4 and 7 wire Post & Wire Fencing. I have installed over 15 metres of this fencing at one end of my layout and used a simpler and faster assembly method than that supplied with the current instructions. 1. Mark out the position of the fence posts on your baseboard with a pen or pencil (I actually used a template with holes drilled at 24mm centres). Posts should be approximately 24mm apart for 6ft spacing in real life. 2. Drill 1.6mm holes in marked positions. 3. Count the number of posts required. 4. Before removing the posts from the fret, paint the posts as desired. 5. Measure the overall length of the fence and cut all 4 (or 7) wires to length allowing an extra 100mm at least. 6. Straighten out each of the wires, especially the first 100mm of each wire. 7. Thread all 4 (or 7) wires through the first post with 2 or 3mm protruding beyond the post. 8. Thread the next post on to the protruding wires. 9. Now push the wires forward until 2 or 3mm is protruding again. Add another post. 10. Repeat until you have about 10 posts together, then start shuffling half of them along the length of the wires. 11. Continue until you have all posts spread out at roughly 24mm spacing. 12. Line up all 4 (or 7) wires flush with the end of the first post and glue the wires to the post with super glue. 13. Secure the first post into place in the first drilled hole with a little glue. 14. Place a dob of glue into the top of say the next 10 holes and install the posts that you have already spread along the length of the wires. Repeat until all posts are installed. 15. Super glue the wires to the last post. 16. Cut off any excess wire.
