Our most-photographed local attraction is the Tide Mill at Woodbridge. I've managed to obtain some surveyor's plans of the original building and have scaled them to OO Gauge. I've then mocked up what the mill would look like on my layout. When I get the time / energy / enthusiasm, I will then start to build the final model from card. (This may take some time and so I'm not setting myself a deadline on this occasion!)
