Thanks for the feedback everyone, I have started the Octopus switch and should be good to go and been advised to switch to the relevant tariffs later in the month. Everything sounded easy apart from getting my EON credit back quick. Has the guy I spoke to said EON are extremely slow at give money back. Which I already know from experience dealing with my late father account.
