#newngaugebuild I've spent the last few days working on the new N gauge layout and planning the track layout and baseboard requirements. With a few buildings finished and, spending plenty of time with shunting ideas, a final plan has been hatched. After fitting the track onto a new sheet of 10mm ply, this afternoon I finished a 1500mm X 600mm baseboard. Fully glued and screwed, the countersunk screw holes have been filled with a filler mix of 50% plaster and 50% PVA. Tomorrow, I'll sand those down and then give the baseboard a coat of primer.
