Wonder if the Cavalex Class 60’s have strong haulage capability…….at 50% power with substantial weight as well as looking and having outstanding detal, will they make the 35ft incline……? Watch Cavalex Class 60 60062 ‘Sonia’ Steel on Steel haul a steel train up a 3% incline with a rake of steel carriers. The loads are all from Goodwood Scenics and metal so give plenty of weight to the train. My three have the replacement wheels provided by the chaps at Cavalex and they all now perform brilliantly, smooth, quiet with amazing slow speed. The customer service from Cav and Alex was second to none. No affiliation to Cavalex apart from owning a significant amount of their products. Anyway, see for your self……….
