A little update on this weekend’s progress. I’ve started to add the ground around the base of the hotel. The hotel is built into the hillside so is actually on top of a small retaining wall. This being Chandwell, the wall is dirty and graffiti-covered. I can’t believe the impact that this change has made. It is all of a sudden looking solid and sturdy and I now can’t wait to get the next layer on, which will be the terrace.
