Whoa, BLACK BETTY!!! This has been a thoroughly entertaining and challenging build over the last couple of days. The kit is a Rosebud Kitmaster No25 Ex-LMS Beyer Garratt that was given to me by my godfather, Ian, a couple of months ago. He had it and didn’t think he’d have the time to build it so, he very generously passed it my way. I’ve never built model motion before and, by ‘eck, it was crazy!! 4 sets of motion was certainly a challenge… I’m going to avoid trying the original decals as they seem a little brittle so, I think I’ll order some from @railtectransfers to be on the safe side. It definitely needs detailing though, given the all black paint job!!
