Following on from yesterdays post, I airbrushed the station platform gates, painted the wood and stops on the buffers and assembled the first segment of the overall roof for my terminus station at the Brighton end of the Belle Epoque layout. Started glueing the overall roof with “plastic glue” but found it clouded up the glazing (super glue fumes basically) so found switching to UHU general purpose glue was a lot more effective. Had to spend a while cleaning the first section of glazing with isopropyl alcohol to remove the superglue residue but it now looks a lot clearer. A lesson learned for the next 5 roof sections!
