Having decided on the line I wanted to build, I plotted it out (using SCARM) and determined how much new track I needed to complete it. Unfortunately, I got it in my head that I needed a reversing loop which resulted in me having to extend the baseboard into an 'L' shape..... Although the track plan looks complicated, it is topologically correct. There is some 'poetic licence ' in play but all the stations and buildings are on the correct side relative to each other....
