Hello everyone, I'm Ken and will be laying out my n gauge track this winter. I tried this as a young boy with pretty good luck. I will be starting to work on my own line. K-Hill railways Started some practice on mountains scenery for a taller narrow formation I used really old rotting oak bark This is the backside of the bark. I thought it had a horizontal rock line look and started hot gluing it together. Need to add some colors still but looks like it might work out great. I would appreciate your thoughts K Hill Well my first attempt on a layout went pretty well. I have my 3/4 thick 25 lbs density foam now so I hope to get it laid soon I really tried to think this out, but I feel like I have overcrowded it I will be adding another 30 x 60 in a small l shape for the yards Any thoughts or comments made would be greatly appreciated. I will also ask about where to look for wiring tips. As a kid I only had 1 track with 2 switches so I managed to get by. Hey, a big thank you to everyone for any help and advice . K HILL RAILWAYS
