So it turns out I have 2 profiles lol finally worked out what's happened. When it went to paid I was cut off. When I reinstated it I just clicked through play store subscriptions which started a new profile. When my phone reset I entered my old details to sign in forgetting it was now through Google. So mystery solved lol I'll stick to the new profile though
