Further to my post yesterday, this morning, I finally managed to remove the Ringfield motor from the tender chassis of the 9F. It took a bigger screwdriver and a bit more force to prise the motor out. It is held by two small lugs, which are not that obvious when the motor is in place. Thank you to everyone who offered help and advice, much appreciated. Now that's what I call teamwork!
