Morning all… due to rather a lot of wind last night, we have no power SMS HQ this morning which means we can’t run the lasers, or print & process orders at the moment. So please bear with us. We’ve just checked on the National Grid website and they’re giving an estimated time for power restoration of 8:00am Sunday. So it could be a while! Also… Due to the Red weather alert yesterday, Royal Mail cancelled the collection of our post yesterday afternoon. So I’m going to pop down to HQ as soon as the roads are passable (currently a lot of trees down) and make sure the parcels from yesterday can be collected by Royal Mail today. If you need to call us, our lines are open as we’re working from home today (admin & newsletter editing). Rest assured we’ll get your orders processed just as soon as we can. We will keep an eye out for updates on the National Grid website and get the machines back up and running as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience. Justin & the team
