The 4 amigos reunited, brought the red one back from the club so all upgrades can be done at the same time. The dismantled sentinels at the back are recipients of the removed stay alives from 2 of the Rustons, and will get improved DCC chips. The other 2 are currently not wired for DCC and will be wired up at the same time. The end one with no chassis under it is waiting for the doner chassis in another one that arrived earlier to day installing. Just gotta wait for the new soldering iron turning up then all the work can go ahead.
