As a 00 gauge modeller and new to 009,I am surprised how light the rolling stock is so a little extra weight is helpful,I use self adhesive wheel weights from 99p upwards for mixed sizes on e-bay then hide with a load,they are just as good on other scales to but can often be hidden underneath.
