Very pleased with myself this morning. For a while I’ve been after a better way of generating train orders for my shunting layout, so thanks to the internet I have a basic but very useable bit of coding to do it for me. It’s not finished, ideally I want a second list showing which which wagons to ‘remove’ off the layout but that will require some extra brain work, far more than is decent in a Sunday! The end goal is to have the layout operated via touchscreen hooked up to the Raspberry Pi/Sprog combination that runs the layout, but baby steps!
