Our attempt at sheet piling, We need piles was the cry, ok how , well the massive bridge we are building gave us the basic idea, We used the sprues of the bridge, to form a box 600mm x 45mm, fixed this to a sheet of perspex with UHU. then used the lids from about six sushi containers to act as the mould, these were also glued down to the sheet, pour in plaster, and it seemed to work the only thing to do is to cut them to the correct height when we get them to the layout.
