Hi all. I popped a question on here yesterday about people’s interests (please do feel free to add your own comments). Somebody mentioned electrical tips, so here’s a good one. Invest in some Wago lever connectors - you can buy multipacks from Amazon (the one shown here is a five lever one for joining up to five wires). These give you a really easy and secure way of joining wires together without having to solder them. And, if you ever need to change your wiring, a firm pull on each lever will snap it open and release the wire. I’ve used dozens of them under and on my layout - I rarely solder wires any more (although you do still have to solder droppers to the rails).
