Actually feel like this has been a productive week. Progress has been made on the left side of the layout. The area had a small straight (it was the standard Hornby starter oval), which had a station. I removed this, and the car park, and decided to add some green stuff, as the layout was bare of living things. When you look around the real world you notice how much vegetation there really is. It creeps in everywhere, even in the most industrial of areas. So I felt I needed to add life to the layout. I also added a road surface and some weathering to the removable embankment at the far end. That whole thing was rushed to about 70% completion ages ago, and has been bugging me ever since. Anyway, what's everyone else been up to then?
