Before and after. The Hornby class 153 isn't a terrible model, the one major thing that let it down were the ploughs. Hornby in their infinite wisdom decided to mount the ploughs to the bogies of the unit, meaning on corners the plough would turn in the direction of the curve which, of course, doesn't look right. So, to combat this issue "track3D" on Facebook has done a 3d printed, body mounted version. To fit these you need to remove the old ploughs, remove where the old plough is mounted and then just place the new one with a little glue.
