Playing catch-up again with this weeks #postittheme of #u #v #w and #x. For #u it’s ‘underframe’ and covers bogies, ancillary equipment and fuel tanks. Thought I’d add the photo of 37510 complete with track dirt and fuel spillage from the tanks. For someone who used to make locos look pristine and encountered many jobs that started looking like this, I much prefer this look on a loco!! Even if it did mean jet washing and degreasing. That’s what apprentices were for……..
