Hi all, I have recently purchased the bachmann windhoff MPV. It runs fine on DC but when I installed the 21 pin bachmann 36-557 on dcc it won't respond. I checked the chip and PCB andd they seem to respond. I'm using a Hornby select so maybe that is the issue. I was told a Hornby sapphire might solve the issue but just wondering if anyone else had the same issue. I would greatly appreciate some help!! Thank you
