#dcc #computercontrol A few days ago I posted about investigation of the practicallities of utilising the functions in the JMRI software to creat a digital mimic panel. After some investigation it seems like this will be more hassle than it's worth, unless I buy a decent sized touchscreen in order to operate the points on any panel, as well as the script to randomise the wagons in play on the layout. However I am able to finally operate the point servos via the Engine Driver app. I'm now leaning towards DCC control, while retaining the ability to plug in the physical control panel should I ever need to.
