#weekendmodelling New signal installed and working after a minor hiccup - which fortunately turned out to be a duff switch, by far the cheapest component involved! It works via a manual switch to trigger the green light, then an infra-red detector just beyond the platform to re-set to red. I've wired the 3-way route indicator switch into the green light feed so it only displays when the path is clear. Now just have to rebuild the platform surface and side wall where it's gone in and tidy up the wiring under the baseboard.
