#weekendmodelling - Just completed the Shed build I started last week. I decided to complete it with a 'corrugated' roof rather the one supplied. This little kit, consisting of around 30+ pieces, is a great build with all the parts nicely cut and going together neatly. I prepared all the parts with 'Sanding Seal', a cellulose based clear primer most often associated with the aero modeller and balsa. This completely sealed the parts allowing for a great finish from the paints I applied. I decided on completing it with 'my own' roof as the one supplied was rather a "neat" fit in that there were no "over hangs" from the sides or gables - something I like on my buildings. One other wee gripe - the front and back gables could have been approx. 4mm wider to allow for a flush fit with the side walls - other than that, a great wee kit and a fairly simple build - well pleased with the finished article.
