Morning all. Just a quick one about club packs that are being sent to members outside the UK and customs charges. All packs are sent marked as Gifts as that’s what they are. If your local customs office decides to levy vat and customs charges on them this is unfortunately beyond our control. It’s a pain in the neck but there’s no way to avoid them I’m afraid. Thanks J
