I think it is important to acknowledge when a company gives you good service. I have been trying to download some point templates from the peco website with little success due to a IT issue. I emailed peco and within less that 10 minutes they emailed me back will a way around it and to inform me they are on to it. You can't ask for more than that, so we'll done Peco
